Do I need to have my caravan serviced?
In Short, It's highly recommended that you do. Not only will an annual service ensure that your caravan or motor home is habitable but more importantly, it ensures the safety and well being of everyone that uses it.
What is a full service?
Caravans Only - Single or twin axle includes a habitation service but will also cover all of the caravans mechanical running gear (Chassis testing,adjusting and lubricating) – hitch, wheels,brakes, running lights and corner steadies.
Can you do a part service?
We can if needed provide a part service of Gas, Electrical, Water or Damp test which would be charged dependent on your needs. A report would be provided for the work undertaken.
How long does a service take?
A Full Service will take around 4 hours to complete dependent on the caravan – Single / Twin Axle, Age and general condition of Caravan.
A Habitation Service should take around 3 hours to complete dependent on condition,age and access to voids and spaces within Caravan/ Motorhome.
Is having a service a legal requirement?
There is no legal requirement for any servicing of your own Caravan/ Motorhome but if you are renting your caravan you will require a gas safe certificate. We would, however, strongly advice annual servicing for health and safety purposes.
Whats in a Service Report?
Following your service, you will be provided with a full report which will detail all parts inspected and adjusted, giving you piece of mind that your caravan / motorhome is safe and habitable.
What area do you cover?
We cover North West Wales which we mark from Barmouth in the south , Holyhead in the North, Llandudno in the East and of course our base in the Llyn Peninsula. Additional traveling charges will be added from Porthmadog going East/South and from Caernarfon going North/East.

Do You Provide Emergency Callouts?
We, at NWW Leisure, are here to help at all times. If there is a situation where your holiday and safety is jeopardised due to faults or issues with your caravan / motorhome we will always endeavour to get to you ASAP.
Do you repair faults/damage to caravan/motorhome and its equipment?
We can repair or replace the majority of parts on site as we carry replacements with us. If we do not have the part to hand we will source and return to fit without delay . Roof lights and windows are parts which we can replace or repair, however this would require an assessment visit before installation.
As we are a mobile service, we are unable to offer body repairs as this requires a fixed workshop.
